01. How can I get a quote?

To get a price quote on a great limo, simply give us a call or send us an email, and one of our agents will be happy to help you! We have affordable and competitive prices and some great special packages available! If you're working on a tight budget, let us know so we can look into all available options to suit your needs and budget!

02. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, you will need to make a deposit in order to complete your reservation. Keep in mind that getting a quote does not reserve a bus for you - you must put down a deposit in order to have the vehicle reserved.

03. Can I drink in the vehicles?

If you are of legal drinking age or older, then yes, absolutely! Our limousines feature full-service bar areas with ice coolers as well as glassware for your convenience! But you must be of legal drinking age!

04. Do you provide alcohol?

No, Limo Akron does not provide any alcohol for you. To consume alcohol inside the vehicles, you must bring your own beverages, and you must be of legal drinking age.

05. Is there a minimum rental time?

Yes, we do require a minimum rental time. However, this varies depending on the time of day, and we do have some special event packages that allow for shorter times. We'll let you know all the details when you call for your quote!

06. Do you service outside of Akron?

Of course! We service all over Ohio! If you are unsure whether we will provide you with service, just give us a call and ask.

07. Can we smoke in the vehicles?

We don't allow smoking in our vehicles. The smell of smoke is hard to get out and we like for our vehicles to stay clean and fresh for all our customers to enjoy.

08. Are there any hidden fees we should know about?

We have nothing to hide from you. We will tell you that your quote includes everything and will explain what that is. We will never demand more money before starting your run. The only other potential charges you may get are a cleaning fee or a damage charge.

09. Can children come with us?

We don't have an age limit, you just have to be mindful with little children. There might be a bump, or the bus might have to make a quick stop, so always watch the children. If there are children and those under the age of 21, there cannot be any alcohol in the vehicles.

10. Can we cancel the run if we don't want to go out anymore?

You cannot cancel your reservation. You will be required to still pay for the service even if you didn't end up using it. We will tell you this before finalizing your reservation so that you are sure that's what you want to do. There's also no changing the day of your reservation. Depending on how soon you call and availability, you might be able to change the time or the vehicle.

11. Do we have to tip our driver?

You do not have to tip your driver. It's not required like other companies are. We just think that tipping is a nice way to show the driver that you appreciate their service and that you are thankful. It would be greatly welcomed.

12. What if we stay over our reservation time?

That's okay; you don't have to worry. If you would like to add more time to your reservation, give us a call and let us know. Any overage won't be charged at a high rate. Whether you are just a little late or added more time, you will charged your normal hour rate divided into 15-minute increments. That way, you don't have to pay for time you don't end up using.
